Transfer Credit Officer Experience

Overview

The Transfer Credit Officer (TCO) Experience provides institutional users with a centralized view to monitor, manage, and act on prospective student transfer credit evaluations.

Through the Prospect Dashboard, TCOs can track transcript submissions, review evaluation outcomes, and identify prospects that require follow-up. This enables faster response times, improved visibility into the evaluation pipeline, and more effective engagement with prospective students.

  • Last update timestamp

This helps TCOs monitor evaluation activity and track student progress in real time.

Filtering and Record Management

TCOs can efficiently organize and review prospect data through:

  • Filtering by status, institution, email, or last update

  • Sorting records to prioritize work

  • Opening individual student records for more detail

This supports faster navigation and better management of large numbers of prospects.

Student and Evaluation Details

TCOs can access detailed information for each prospect, including:

  • Personal information

  • Transcript details

  • Course-level evaluation data

  • Transferability results and courses requiring further assessment

This provides the context needed to review submissions and support next steps.

Notifications and Follow-Up

The system notifies TCOs when a prospect completes the process and provides:

  • Student information

  • Transfer Evaluation Report (PDF)

This enables timely follow-up and supports engagement with prospective students.
