View Signals
View the Signals designed for Processes as well as those automatically created for Collections. View which assets subscribe to each Signal via its catch events.

View All Signals

ProcessMaker displays all Signals in one location. This makes it easy to manage these Signals.
Your user account or group membership must have the "Signals: View Signals" permission to view the list of Signals unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected.
See the Signals permissions or ask your Administrator for assistance.
Follow these steps to view all Signals in your organization:
  1. 1.
    Ensure that you are logged on to ProcessMaker.
  2. 2.
    Click the Designer option from the top menu. The Processes page displays.
  3. 3.
    Click the Signals icon
    from the left sidebar. The Signals page displays all Signals.
"Signals" page displays all Signals in your organization
The Signals page displays the following information in tabular format about Signals:
  • ID: The ID column displays the Signal ID used to internally identify this Signal. ProcessMaker uses the Signal ID to internally identify this Signal. Signals associated with Collection record events derive their Signal ID values with a prefix containing that Collection's name.
  • Name: The Name column displays the Signal name as it appears to a Process designers when designing Processes.

Create a Signal

Click the +Signal button. See Create a New Signal.

Search for a Signal

Use the Search setting to filter Signals that display.

Edit a Signal

Click the Edit icon
. See Edit a Signal.

Delete a Signal

Click the Delete icon
. See Delete a Signal.
