Launchpad Enhancements

The Process Launchpad now offers more clarity and context for how users interact with processes. Some enhancement to the Launchpad include:

Embed videos as part of the carousel to help users understand how to use the process.
Collapse the images carousel and other process information to make more space for viewing requests and tasks.
Built-in charts for viewing the case counter, in-progress and completed cases.
Guided Templates now come pre-loaded with Launchpad configurations.
