# Launchpad Enhancements

The Process Launchpad now offers more clarity and context for how users interact with processes. Some enhancement to the Launchpad include:

* Embed videos as part of the carousel to help users understand how to use the process.
* Collapse the images carousel and other process information to make more space for viewing requests and tasks. 
* Built-in charts for viewing the case counter, in-progress and completed cases. 
* Guided Templates now come pre-loaded with Launchpad configurations.
