### Task Notifications

Keep process participants informed with default email and in-app notifications, ensuring better task visibility and workflow efficiency.

* **Default Task Notifications:** Assigned and Due notifications are automatically enabled for assignees for all new tasks.
* **Email Notifications:** Users receive an email when assigned a task, keeping them informed even when not logged in.
* **User Control:** Email notifications can be disabled in User Profile Settings for flexibility based on preference.

Simplify task routing with changes to **Task Destination** property of a Form Task, enhancing process flow management and reducing configuration complexities.​

* **Unified Task Destination Settings:** Integrates the **Next Assigned Task** option within the task destination configuration, streamlining task routing setups.​
* **Screen Interstitial Integration:** Offers an option to display a screen between tasks, providing seamless transitions and improved user guidance.​
* **Create New Screen Link:** Allows designers to swiftly create and assign new screens directly within the task configuration interface.​
* **Automatic Migration:** Existing processes using the previous "Display Next Assigned Task to Task Assignee" setting are automatically updated to the new configuration, ensuring continuity without manual adjustments.
