After the initial review and course matching, the request is routed to the relevant department for manualy matching of any remaining unmatched courses.

After a transcript has been submitted, course equivalency is performed. Match courses from the incoming transcripts with the university’s course catalog and establish equivalencies. This step involves the following tasks:

  • Identify courses that do not have direct matches in the existing equivalency database.

  • Department professors evaluate the courses and determine equivalencies or reasons for non-transfer (e.g., developmental courses, duplicates).

Watch the following product tour to learn how a professor can match courses.
