Collections are now accessible from the Designer module enhancing usability, improving management, and streamlining process design within ProcessMaker. Key points include:
Designers will have quick access to Collections from the Designer Welcome Screen and the left sidebar, improving workflow efficiency.
Designers can now associate Collections with projects for better organization.
A new control in screens allows designers to display or edit Collection records, with options to update records directly from the form.
Record lists in screens can now use Collections as a data source, with configurable columns and PMQL filtering.
