Notifications and Comments
Improved Notifications
Improvements in notifications now empower Request participants and Process Designers to more efficiently manage their Task assignments. The new Inbox stores both notifications and comments in one location to quickly scan access the status of Tasks, Requests, and collaborators. Furthermore, system events such as a completed Task keep other Request participants informed on the progress of that Request.
Increase productivity and minimize misunderstandings with stakeholders and collaborators in your organization.

Improved Commenting
Improvements in comments now improve collaboration between Request participants and Process Designers. Aside from the new Inbox for notifications and comments, now Process Designers can collaborate in real-time with other Designers with commenting integrated into Process Designer. Invite collaborators to build a Process by tagging a team member in a comment. That team member receives the comment in their improved notifications. After that team member joins you in the new collaborative Process Modeler, write comments to each other to collaborate on workflow design.
Decrease time in Process design and development by communicating and collaborating ideas more quickly. Everyone can comment, which removes the use of permissions.

SSO Improvements
Single Sign-On (SSO) now includes the following improvements:
Select whether to allow standard log on settings or only display SSO log on options.
Select whether SSO users should automatically register the first time they log on.
Specify which permissions to assign new users that are created via SSO.
Select to which groups to assign new users that are created via SSO.
Select a default SSO integration to allow users be automatically redirected.
