Tasks Due Date and Destination

Last updated 8 months ago

Dynamic Task Due Date

The due date for a task is now dynamic and configurable to enhance flexibility and control. With the new ability to add request variables to the due date setting in a task’s configuration, you can set more flexible and context-sensitive deadlines, improving task management and overall process efficiency. Dynamic due dates are available for Form-Tasks and Manual-Tasks.

Flexible Task Destination

Customize the task completion experience for users with automatic redirection based on predefined settings. You can configure redirection for task completion and process end events.

  • By default, tasks redirect to their origin point or the Summary Screen, with customization options available while designing the process.

  • Designers can set redirects to the Process Launchpad, Task list, Dashboards, or external URLs.

  • Available for Form-Tasks, Manual-Tasks, End Events, Signal End Events, and Terminate End Events.

Watch the following product tour to learn how to customize task destination and set dynamic due dates.
