After a transcript is successfully submitted, the system will match courses from the incoming transcript with the university’s course catalog and establish equivalencies. Any courses without matching equivalencies are flagged for manual matching. Follow these steps to manually handle unmatched courses:
Review a list of courses that did not automatically match any equivalency in the system.
Request a review from the relevant department for additional guidance or verification.
Alternatively, send an email to the student with information regarding the unmatched course.
Notify the student if the course cannot be transferred to the selected school.
