ProcessMaker IDP organizes all documents into a hierarchical structure consisting of dossiers, folders, and documents.
Root Folders: Dossiers act as the primary root folders within this hierarchy.
Hierarchical Structure: Each dossier can contain multiple folders. Each folder can, in turn, contain additional subfolders, creating a nested structure.
Document Storage: Documents can be stored within any dossier or subfolder. Document names within a folder must be unique, meaning users cannot upload documents with identical names into the same folder.
