Known Issues

Please be aware of known issues in ProcessMaker version 4.1 for ProcessMaker build 4.1.27.

These release notes document known issues addressed in ProcessMaker version 4.1.27.

Screen Builder

1. When a Select List control that gets its values from a Data Connector data source is monitored by a Watcher, that Watcher runs automatically without any prior interaction with the Select List control.

   • Workaround: Do the following as a workaround for this issue:

     1. After configuring the Watcher, remove the Select List control.

     2. Place and configure the Select List control again.

     3. Save your Screen.

2. Screens that contain more than 10 Select List controls, all of which use Data Connectors for their data sources, all Select List controls do not display on that Screen during Requests.

3. Select List controls that reference Request data for their options do not display those options if a JSON object in the Request data contains its own JSON objects.

   • Workaround: Do not reference Request data for a Select List's options that may change dynamically while a Request routes. See Select List Controls: Avoid Using Request Data for Options in Which JSON Objects May Dynamically Change.

4. Importing a Process from a previous ProcessMaker 4.1.x instance may cause a BPMN validation error that reads: BPMN validation issues. Request cannot be started..

   • Workaround: Do the following as a workaround for this issue:

     1. Edit the imported Process that contains the BPMN validation issue.

     2. Review the Process. If there appears to be no reason for the validation issue, save the Process.

     3. Verify if the BPMN validation issue no longer displays.
