AWS QuickSight Account Required

Prior to being able to download user activity logs for one user or all in your organization, ensure that an Amazon Web Services (AWS) QuickSight is configured. Amazon QuickSight powers data-driven organizations with unified business intelligence (BI).

The following message displays if your ProcessMaker Platform instance is not configured to your AWS QuickSight: Unable to connect. If this message displays, please contact your Customer Success Manager to address this.

View Default Analytics Reports

The default analytics reports offer comprehensive insights into various aspects of process performance, covering areas such as case volume, duration, and due dates. These reports enable you to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and improve overall organizational efficiency.

Follow these steps to view Analytics Dashboard:

  1. Log on to ProcessMaker Platform.

  2. Click the Analytics option from the top menu. The Default Reports page displays the Volume tab by default.

Default analytics reports display in the following tabs:

The following chart reports display in the Volume tab:

  • Cases by Month

  • Cases by Process

  • Cases Created Vs. Completed by Date

  • Most Used Categories

  • Cases Created by User

  • Cases Details

Case Volume Dashboard

The Case Volume dashboard automatically counts and tracks Cases for Processes in your organization. This chart saves time from counting and tracking Cases, which is a time-consuming and error-prone procedure when done manually.

The Case Volume report tracks Cases and not requests, and therefore does not include the following:

Duration Dashboard

Charts in the Duration dashboard provide users with a comprehensive overview of the time it takes to complete cases. These charts offer valuable insights into process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and support decision-making for process optimization.

Tasks Dashboard

This dashboard provides real-time tracking of the active and completed tasks within your organization. The data can be filtered based on specific dates, assigned users, and task status, allowing for detailed analysis and insights into workflow performance.

Due Date Data Dashboard

This dashboard offers real-time monitoring of task completion time. You can customize the view by applying filters for specific dates, assigned users, and task status for detailed analysis and valuable insights into workflow efficiency.
