Details of the ProcessMaker Recovery Plan

1. Depending on the plan you choose, your backup environment and data will be securely stored in either a separate availability zone, region, or both.

2. Periodic backups are performed in accordance with your Recovery Service Tier.

   • For the Business Continuity Plan, backups are taken every 15 minutes, ensuring minimal data loss.

   • Other plans offer daily backups, occurring every 24 hours.

3. In the event of a primary environment failure, our load balancer seamlessly redirects workloads to the backup environment, ensuring uninterrupted service continuity.

Is there a free version of the Cloud Recovery service?

Yes, the basic offering is free for all ProcessMaker 4 Platform users. However, the recovery time may take up to 72 hours, and the backup would be kept in the same availability zone where the services are provided.

How quickly can I recover my data?

Recovery time ranges from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your selected service tier.

Is this available for the Private Cloud?

Yes, Cloud Recovery Service is available for both Public and Private Cloud deployments.

Is this available for On-Prem customers?

No, unfortunately, due to the nature of the service, it is not available for on-prem customers.

Does this work with all ProcessMaker versions?

Yes, the service is compatible with both the ProcessMaker Platform 3 and 4 versions.
