  • Students request their transcripts from their previous institutions through recognized organizations such as the National Student Clearinghouse or Parchment.

  • Transcripts are received by the university's admissions office and are uploaded to the system.

Admissions staff can upload multiple transcripts for a student in a single batch.

  • The system processes the extracted data, converting it into a structured format suitable for evaluation and review by the adminssions personnel.
