The Home dashboard is designed to reduce administrative effort and centralize tracking so Credit Officers can confidently manage a high volume of applications with precision and speed. The dashboard provides key performance indicators for uploaded transcripts.

  • Centralized Dashboard:

    • View and manage all existing transcripts and applications from a single interface.

    • Track applications across various states: Draft, Completed, In Progress, and Cancelled.

  • Sortable Table View:

    • Headers include:

      • Student ID

      • Student Name

      • Start Date

      • Last Update

      • Email

      • Pending Evaluations

      • Courses Completed Count

      • Transcript Count

      • Application Status

  • Filters and Sorting:

    • Quickly narrow down applications using filters by student ID, name, or status.
