Transfer admissions officers can now upload high school transcripts, review structured course data, and store them in the same dashboard used for college transcripts.
Applies to all transcript workflows. Includes a new parser model for HS transcripts, structured course tables with Advanced Placement (AP) course tagging, PDF viewer, and unified status handling.
Improves efficiency, expands market coverage, and ensures consistent onboarding of high school students for transfer credit workflows.

Immediate redirect back to Applications Dashboard.
Transcripts from the canceled process are restored to availability.
PDF Summary – Credits Information Update
Enhanced the Official Transfer Credit Report to display complete and accurate credit information in the Student Information section, improving clarity for College applicants and admissions officers.

Total Number of transferred credits: Displays the total of credits officially accepted and transferred, excluding in-progress courses.
Total Number of credits In Progress: Shows only the credits currently marked as in-progress from the corresponding transcripts.
Ensured alignment between PDF data and course evaluation results for accurate reporting.
College Summary for Completed Applications
Introduced a new College Summary view for completed applications, giving users access to key academic and process information while hiding unnecessary internal details.
Key Improvements
Clickable Completed Applications: Applications marked as Completed in the Applications Dashboard now open a read-only Summary View.
Three-Section Layout:

College
Description changes made by students during the Student Review step are now correctly passed to the Department Review step. Previously, these updates were not visible to departments.
The syllabus uploaded by the student during the Student Review step is now correctly passed and accessible in subsequent steps of the process. Previously, this file was missing from later screens.
Email notifications now display properly across all major email clients, including Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, and Yahoo. This resolves previous formatting issues in rich-text content affecting emails sent to students, departments, and admissions officers during each stage of the process.
Version 3.0.0
Transcripts and Applications Dashboards
Transcript parsing and application creation are now handled in separate dashboards to improve efficiency and clarity:
Transcripts are processed independently in the background, with statuses and confidence scores displayed in a dedicated dashboard.
Applications are created only from valid transcripts, allowing officers to focus on matched courses and articulation.
Accessing the dashboards now takes users directly to the initial screen, removing the previously required two-step navigation and improving overall usability.
This change supports scalability and a more user-friendly evaluation flow.
AI-Powered Transcript Parsing
Transcript parsing now uses Azure OCR to automatically extract structured data from uploaded documents:
Key information such as student name, institution, and course details is captured with improved accuracy.
Once the institution is identified, courses are automatically matched, and AI-generated descriptions are provided.
Course articulations are automatically reviewed and stored in the database.
This enhancement speeds up the evaluation process and reduces manual data entry.
Centralized Transcript Dashboard
Student transcripts are automatically processed immediately upon upload—no manual steps required. A dedicated dashboard allows users to monitor parsing progress in real time and view all transcripts by student.
Key features include:
Instant Processing: Transcripts begin parsing as soon as they are uploaded.
Centralized View: Track transcripts per student with metadata such as filename, institution, source type, and transferability status.
Live Status Updates: Easily see whether a transcript is queued, in progress, processed, or failed.
Revert Actions Across Key Workflow Stages
You can now roll back actions at any point in the evaluation process, whether you're selecting transfer courses, reviewing, finalizing, or in departmental or TCO review.
Supported stages include: Select Transfer Courses, Course Selection and Evaluation – In Progress, Review & Confirmation, Finalizing Equivalencies, Department Review, and TCO Final Review.
This added flexibility helps users correct mistakes easily and maintain data integrity throughout.
Status Tracking with Indicators
Transcripts now follow distinct workflows, clearly reflected in the Status and Transferability columns of the Transcripts Dashboard:
Processing -> In Progress -> Ready -> In Application
Processing -> In Progress -> Failed
Transcripts that are processed successfully are marked with a green checkmark in the Transferability column.
These indicators provide better visibility into parsing progress and help users quickly identify next steps
Course Routing by Role
Unmatched or unclear courses can now be routed directly to the appropriate users for review:
Assign courses to students or departments based on their role in the evaluation process.
Supports seamless collaboration between Credit Officers, Department Reviewers, and Students across application stages.
Ensures efficient handling of course decisions and reduces bottlenecks in the workflow.
Student Review Enhancements
New Student Review Completion Screen A redesigned screen now appears after students complete their reviews, based on the latest UI designs, to provide a clear and smooth end to their tasks.
Anonymous Web Access for Students Students can now complete course description tasks without logging in, reducing friction and simplifying participation.
Uploaded File Uploaded files now remain visible on both completed and pending course screens, resolving previous issues where files would disappear.
Improved Matching Accuracy
Enhanced parsing and evaluation logic for cleaner course matches.
Smarter Email Notifications
Email notifications have been improved to include direct links to the intended forms, giving users quicker access to relevant information and helping streamline task completion.
Transcript Evaluation Time Reduced by up to 60%
Internal benchmarks and prior implementations of similar workflows demonstrate a 40–60% decrease in transcript evaluation time.
Bulk Evaluation Support
The interface has been enhanced to allow credit officers to efficiently filter, and review multiple transcripts simultaneously, supporting high-volume use cases.
